NO WARRANTY – CABLES, MOUSE PAD
A product which is found to be DOA (dead on arrival) or has a defect within 20 days from the date of purchase will be replaced by a new product.
To claim warranty for an eligible Live Tech products, the product must be presented at an Authorized Live Tech Service Center.
In the event of repair / replacement of any part/s of the unit, this warranty shall there after continue and remain in force only for the remaining period of the product warranty.
In the event of replacement / repair of any part/s, of the product, Live Tech reserves the right to retain any part/s or Component/s or sub-assembly replaced at its discretion. (In the event of a defect noticed in the equipment during the warranty period).
The company's liability under this warranty is limited only to the Repair / Replacement of defective part/s.
Any products which are not repairable will be replaced with products or any discontinued product will be replaced with a new product of the same value.
All disputes related with this warranty are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state of Maharashtra.
Live Tech shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data (whether direct or indirect) or commercial loss for breach of any express or implied warranty on your product.
