Cancellation Policy

We are here to help and give the best satisfaction to our customers and we understand the various scenarios where the products have been purchased and that you may want to cancel.

We accept the cancellation but we request our buyer to please cancel the order before shipment is in dispatched condition. You would get the refund for the same.

Return/Replacement Policy

We accept the return only (within the 7 days from the date of delivery) in the following conditions:

  • The buyer has received the product in manufacturing defective condition.
  • The buyer has received the product in damaged condition.
  • Beyond the above we do the easy replacement where we pay for the one-side shipment and buyer will have to borne the charges for shipping the product to us in case if the buyer cannot visit the service center.

We are committed towards delivering the best products to you with all the best satisfactions. Here we provide the easy replacement where the buyer in case of defective or malfunctioning of the product can write to us and then our service person will take this ahead.

We request you to follow the below mentioned steps:

Step 1: Write to us on mentioning the issue

Step 2: Please do not forget to send the invoice along with the email

Step 3: After getting the confirmation over email, you will be asked to send the product to the given service center address.

Step 4: The buyer needs to borne the charges for packing and shipping to the given address or he/she can visit to the service center along with the product.

Step 5: Please share the AWB (tracking) details of the shipment on the same email thread.

Step 6: After receiving, our engineers will check and do the needful or replace the product with another working model. Please remember in the replacement process there may or may not be the product packaging but it would be made sure that you receive the product in the most safest manner.

Cancellation for Email Delivery Products

The products that are email software delivery (ESD) where the license keys are getting delivered to the buyers and once it is delivered to the buyer, it cannot get returned or replaced.

There is no replacement or refund for the orders that are once confirmed and delivered on the registered email.

In the case of wrong key, only after the confirmation from the respective brands, can get refunded or replaced. Hence we request all the buyers to make sure your product selection before confirming the orders.
