A: To make payments at www.live-tech.in, you have multiple payment options like:-

Q: Are there any hidden charges when I make a payment? Do I need to pay extra for shipping charges?

A: There are no hidden charges. All listed prices are inclusive of all taxes. We provide free shipping on all orders above Rs. 500 & for orders below Rs. 500, shipping charges are charged extra.

Q: Is COD (Cash on Delivery) option available on live-tech.in?

A: COD (Cash on Delivery) option is available on live-tech.in. The maximum amount that is payable via COD (cash on delivery) is Rs. ____. Payment is accepted in INR only.

Q: Are returns acceptable at live-tech.in?

LIVE TECH will accept return and provide a refund or replacement only if the return or replacement is requested within 7 days of the receipt of your order and only under the conditions listed below:-

  • Delayed delivery of the product
  • Wrong product received.
  • Damaged product received.

In such cases, we require that the:-

  • Products should not be installed or used.
  • All the accessories delivered along the package shall be returned.

Q: What is the procedure for replacement of a product?

  • A: If a replacement request is placed, then we will send you an email explaining the complete process. It will be initiated after we receive the original product/s from the customer. All the accessories along with the product shall be returned.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: You can cancel your order before the item has been dispatched. If the item has not been delivered, you may cancel the order by refusing delivery. Your refund process will be initiated after we receive the original product from the courier.

Q: How long it takes to complete the cancellation request?

A: It takes up to 2 working days to cancel an order. You will be notified about the cancellation by call or e-mail. If the item has already been dispatched, it will take around 7-10 working days for the cancellation and refund process to complete, once the product is returned to our warehouse.

Q: How to I track my order?

A: Orders may take 5-8 business days to be delivered considering different pin codes and areas. A confirmation of shipping with tracking ID will be sent to you once the product has been dispatched. You can track your order by visiting my orders at www.live-tech.in.
