International Shipping & Delivery Policy
For the international orders, we ship only the software license keys through email on the users respective/registered email IDs.
Please be aware that the orders related to any physical/hardware product will not get processed and such international orders will get refunded, excluding the charges if there’s any.
The details of the email software delivery i.e. ESD products for the international buyers are as mentioned herewith:
- In most of the cases the delivery of the ESD license key/code/passcode are getting delivered within 2 hours after the successful payment confirmation.
- In case if the delivery failed to the registered email IDs then we request the buyers to please connect to us on help@live-tech.in along with your respective order ID or invoice so that the products can get delivered to your email in the safest manner.
- We are open to help you for your queries from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday/Holiday will be processed the following working day. The working hours are from 10 AM to 6 PM IST excluding Sundays and other holidays.
- Orders are dispatched in wee time just after the successful payment confirmation. However, at times it might require up to at least 10-14 working hours during festivals, sale or deal days.
- A confirmation of delivery with respective invoice will be sent to your registered email ID.
- Also, since this is ESD so there are no refunds and return, so please be ware when you are making the final purchase at your end though we are here to help you but still we request the buyers to please the best care when confirming your order.
