Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

LIVE TECH will accept return and provide a refund or replacement only if the return or replacement is requested within 7 days of the receipt of your order and only under the conditions listed below:-

1.If the product delivered is different from what was ordered or not as per the description on the product detail page on www.live-tech.in.

2.If the product received is found in a physically damaged condition or was found defective when package opened or has missing parts or accessories.

3.Under conditions 1 & 2, we will arrange for a reverse-pickup. Your location and the product that you wish to return should be eligible for pickup. If pickup isn’t available, the buyer has to Self-Return the product and share tracking details with LIVE TECH at ________.

4.The refund or replacement will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with packing & accessories. The expense of any absent or spoiled items (including the packing), will be charged from the payment done and the remaining payment will be refunded. In the event that a replacement is requested, at that point the expense of any missing item should be paid ahead of time, before the shipment of the replacement item.

5.Under no condition will a refund or replacement will be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look and feel or minor contrasts in shades, shadings or quality.

Refund Procedure

Refund will be processed only after receipt of the product with all the accessories & packing.

Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order processed through Debit card / Credit card and will reflect in the next 7 to 15 days in Credit Card / Bank statement.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account via NEFT/IMPS. To receive the Cash on Delivery order’s refund to your bank account, you will have to update the details of the bank account in Your Account section.

Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your LIVE TECH account should match with the name of the bank account holder.
