Warranty Guidelines

In an event of any issue with LIVE TECH’s product/s, please contact us and we will be delighted to help you. Customer care No & Email I’d.

  • The warranty services are limited to repair or replacement of the product & are at the sole discretion of LIVE TECH.
  • Proof of purchase is required to be presented for availing warranty services.
  • To claim warranty, the product should be under warranty period.
  • Our customer service team will attempt to troubleshoot the issue via phone call or email.
  • If the issue is not resolved over call or email, you can self-ship the product to our service centre and share the tracking details with our customer service team. LIVE TECH will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit if you self-ship your product to us.
  • LIVE TECH warranty coverage shall be limited only to provide repairs & rectification of the fault reported. In the event that a replacement is given, it will be finished with an equal condition gadget just, with or without packaging & accessories.
  • LIVE TECH shall not cover any liability, damage or loss to property or life, injuries, loss of any kind of personal data arising directly or indirectly out of any defects in LIVE TECH’s products.
  • LIVE  TECH will make every effort to carry out repair at the earliest; however, we would like to make it expressly clear that we are under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.
  • LIVETECH won’t engage in any warranty claims if the product/s are not operated by the directions given in the guidance manual and disintegration or stripping of the shade of the item because of ordinary wear and tear or utilization.
  • If there is any product of other than Live Tech brand then the warranty of that product would be taken care by that respective brand(s).
