At Live-Tech.in, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction for every customer. Please review our cancellation, return, and refund policies carefully before placing an order.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes an order may need to be cancelled.
Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped. If your order is still in processing and not yet dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


Return & Replacement Policy (for Physical Products)

We accept returns or replacements within 7 days from the date of delivery only under the following conditions:

  • The product was delivered with a manufacturing defect

  • The product was delivered in a damaged condition

In other situations, we offer a hassle-free replacement policy.
We will bear one-way shipping charges for the replacement. However, the buyer is responsible for sending the product back to us if unable to visit our service center.


Steps for Replacement

To request a return or replacement, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] explaining the issue.

  2. Attach a copy of the invoice with your email.

  3. Once we verify the issue, we will share the service center address for return.

  4. The buyer must safely pack and ship the item or visit the service center in person.

  5. Share the AWB/tracking details of the return shipment via email.

  6. Our engineers will inspect the returned product and either repair or replace it with a working model.

Please note: The replacement unit may not have original packaging but will be delivered securely.


Cancellation & Refund Policy for Digital (Email Delivery) Products

Digital software keys (ESD products) are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered via email.

  • No refund or replacement will be issued once the license key has been sent to your registered email.

  • In case of an incorrect or non-working key, we will verify the issue with the respective brand. Refund/replacement is subject to their confirmation.

  • We strongly request all customers to double-check product selection before completing the order.
